The Clarity Series
About us
We’re an independent publisher of plain-English education — built on a simple observation: a generation of women grew up being called lazy, scattered, and “not living up to potential,” and almost nobody handed them the actual explanation.
What we make
The Clarity Series creates structured, self-paced educational guides — starting with The Clarity Reset, a 14-day program that explains adult ADHD in women one piece at a time, in language that respects your intelligence and your schedule. Every guide ships with practical tools: a daily patterns tracker, a childhood-history worksheet, an assessment playbook, and a systems companion — because understanding is only half the job; the other half is walking into a professional appointment with organized evidence.
How we work
Everything we publish is grounded in reputable, citable sources — peer-reviewed research, CDC data, CHADD resources, and the DSM-5-TR criteria described neutrally. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it’s young or informal — the hormone connection, “RSD,” coaching — we say that too, plainly. That honesty is the product: it’s what makes our guides useful in a clinician’s office instead of just comforting on a couch.
What we are not
We are educators, not clinicians. Our materials never diagnose, never prescribe, and never replace professional care — there is no “do you have ADHD?” quiz in anything we publish, because no honest one can exist in a PDF. Only a qualified professional can answer that question, and every page we make points toward that room better prepared.
